These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stock Pigeon application ("App", "Service") operated by Stock Pigeon ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using Stock Pigeon, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By installing Stock Pigeon from the Shopify App Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the App immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Shopify store account in connection with our App.
The Free plan provides access to dashboard analytics, email and Slack alerts, and inventory digest reports for up to 100 product variants. The Free plan is available at no cost for as long as the App is installed.
The Professional plan is billed at $19.99 USD per month through Shopify's billing system and includes a 14-day free trial. The Professional plan supports up to 10,000 product variants and includes AI forecasting, full inventory management, materials and recipes, CSV exports, and priority support.
All billing is managed through Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. By subscribing to the Professional plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable subscription fee to your Shopify account on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your Professional subscription at any time through the Shopify admin. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Stock Pigeon accesses your Shopify store data through Shopify's official API. By installing the App, you grant us permission to:
Stock Pigeon operates in a read-only capacity. We do not modify your products, inventory levels, orders, or any other store data.

Stock Pigeon and all associated trademarks, logos, content, and technology are the property of Stock Pigeon. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the App as described herein.
Your store data remains your property. We claim no ownership over any data you provide through your Shopify store.
Stock Pigeon provides AI-powered demand forecasts, reorder recommendations, and inventory analytics as decision-support tools only. These are based on historical data and statistical models, and:
You are solely responsible for your inventory and purchasing decisions. Stock Pigeon is not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on forecasts or recommendations provided by the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We are not liable for any damages arising from Service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stock Pigeon, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy (within 48 hours of uninstall).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stock Pigeon operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stock Pigeon regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
